What the role entails

As a Production Technician, you will play a key role in the company and be responsible for developing, optimizing, and quality-assuring manufacturing processes. You will collaborate closely with production, the quality department, and other teams to ensure efficient, safe, and sustainable production.

• Optimize and quality-assure production flows.
• Ensure that production meets requirements for quality and efficiency.
• Participate in departmental meetings in production.
• Actively work on improvement initiatives, such as Lean or other methods.
• Implement new methods and technologies in production.
• Monitor key performance indicators and report to the site manager.
• Calibrate/service tools and machinery, as well as install and commission.
• Conduct operations in accordance with the requirements of the quality and environmental management systems.

Qualifications

We would like you to have the following:

• Experience with Lean, 5S, or other improvement methods.
• Good understanding of production flows and quality assurance.
• Experience in improvement work and change management.
• Good communication skills and experience working in teams.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Solution-oriented and structured.
